1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included where possible
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Hats showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products with compromised hygiene (stains, makeup, odors)

2. Return Process

  1. Initial Contact: Email luoyangwangting@163.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Authorization: Approved returns receive an RA number and return address—never ship without this
  3. Shipment: Package securely with RA number inside, using trackable shipping for protection

3. Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 10–14 business days after inspection
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping non-refundable; return shipping at customer’s expense unless due to our error

4. Exchanges
Available for:

  • Defective or incorrect items
  • Size/color exchanges (subject to stock)
